Owing to shared experience and research results throughout the entire Spearhead Group, we have access to cutting-edge agricultural practices. We invest shared know-how and expertise into the soil in our care. In addition, we always strive to maintain its yield potential. Due to the background of a financially strong international group, our economic management is stable in the long-term. In our agricultural activities, we are guided by the principles of responsible care of agricultural land and livestock raising, and thus we continue the long-standing tradition of the activities of agricultural cooperatives in domestic regions. We are keeping with our heritage, and honour the origins of agriculture in Bohemia and Moravia.

And we want to take good care of our home. In addition to taking care of the land entrusted to us, we also support municipalities and selected social projects through sponsorship activities.

We appreciate the efforts that the previous generations of farmers have put into agricultural land care, reclamation, and sustainable use. We are the bearers and successors of the local agricultural tradition.
COMPLYING WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF RESPONSIBLE FARMING
We approach agricultural activities with the long-term vision of sustainable development. We look after land in compliance with the principles of good agricultural practices in order to ensure its sufficient recovery and sustained future yield. What we take from the soil, we give back to it. We take great care to abide by the cropping plan and rotate crops on individual plots. We take care of the land entrusted to us so that we can pass it onto future generations with honour and at least in the same quality.
MANAGING FINANCIAL RESOURCES RESPONSIBLY
We farm land the vast majority of which has been leased to us. We keep our financial resources in the region to invest into working capital, qualified personnel, and modern agricultural technology. Our financial strength and stability guarantees that the landowners are paid rent properly and on time, and at the same time allows us to offer a helping hand to the region and its residents if needed.
USING MODERN PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGIES
We are innovative, and we are not against the inclusion of new crops within crop planning, or the use of new technologies and processes in crop and livestock production. Along with our international partners, we monitor and share new trends, and are able to respond to them quickly. We look after one of the most modern agricultural machinery parks in the country. It is due to modern technology that we can operate more efficiently and with greater consideration for the environment.

In collaboration with municipal leadership, we support selected projects in the field of social welfare, culture, sport, or social life. We also collaborate with schools at different levels, in order to explain the importance of farming to the young generation.

For us, compliance with the legal requirements for environmental protection always goes without saying. We strictly abide by the principles of good agricultural practice. We do not burden the environment with unnecessary use of chemical preparations and fertilisers. We offer cooperation in the implementation of voluntary environmental projects to enhance biodiversity in the region.

We are an integral part of the regions in which we operate. We are not indifferent about the well-being of its residents, and we want to contribute to sustainable development. Therefore, we support carefully selected social or charitable projects that are in line with our corporate social responsibility policy.

Agricultural Production Customers
We are the leading domestic supplier of crop and livestock primary production products. We farm on approximately 23 thousand hectares of land, and we produce high-quality agricultural products for further processing.
